So, for those of you that saw Cloverfield (I haven't seen it yet, but I'm hoping maybe this weekend), how awesome was the Star Trek trailer? Even if you're not a fan, I just want to know.

You don't really see anything, just a shot of the Enterprise being constructed and a few Star Trek quotes.

The StarTrek trailer wasn't the best. The Iron Man one was. May 2nd can't be here soon enough...
Anyway, Cloverfield was good...up until the ending, which just sucked horribly.

So say a lot of people, but I'm not sure how else you'd want it to end? The movie wasn't supposed to have a lot of resolution.

The ending was fine. I guess the idea was to have part of a story and not a whole story. It just comes down to whether or not you like the idea of an entire movie being one group's experience and leaving all questions unanswered. I'm still not sure if I do.

I like that they tried to make it as realistic as possible and trying to make it look like an actual tape. This includes the ending.

Even though I'm not a fan, the Star Trek teaser really made me want to go see it.
But the Iron Man trailer was amazing.
Oh, and Cloverfield? I liked it much more than I expected. Sure, the ending didn't have a lot of resolution, but it's not the type of movie where everything is going to be cut and dry at the end. J.J. Abrams doesn't explain things to you. I thought you knew that already, Lost fans.
(BTW, what's up with all the previous posted getting Candlejack'd? It's not that hard to fini
