Lifty Fernandez, which is what Cardgage said.
Also, Homestar and Senor Cardgage talked during the credits but no one could hear what they said. That's common in many game shows. (like Jeopardy)
The whole toon is a reference to fan club, as well as the store, where they sold Homsar and Senor Cardgage shirts for it.
