I think that items, especially smash balls and dragoon pieces, make the game much more competitive, while others like pit falls and freezies make it more fun, so I just turn everything on. And also, I think that if anyone blames the fact that they lost a tourney because they got killed by that wierd dragon in new pork, or the fish in icicle mountain, then they probably actually lost because they are bad enough to run into the dragon or fish.  Well any way that was my rant, so I think that a good game should be all items on high and random stage with every stage on and every possible stage to create created.

P.S. If anyone can actually say the real number of possible stages to create I will immediately start worshiping them as my new god.

OK, so I think my friend code is 1891-1446-0284, but I'm not sure because I can't read my Dad's handwriting and can't remember how to check.

... I should come up as ROBIN.

EDIT: Yea, that's correct.

The thing is, tourneys usually use, say, 3 stock matches. When you're using that few stock, a smash ball, dragoon, or luckily-spawned bombomb can severely turn the tide of the game.

Items can make the game "funner," but I'm not quite sure about "more competitive."

Whenever a dragoon piece or a smash ball appears there's always a huge scramble to get them, you always got to unload on the guy who has 2 of the pieces, or the person who just broke the ball.
