The thing about Pixar is that they never come out with a bad movie to me. I love all their movies. This one however I have mixed feelings (I still love it though). This movie focused more on the message than the jokes. The fact Walle couldn't talk gave the movie a handycap, but they fought through that and did well with the nonverbal jokes. Maybe the fact it went light on the jokes and had a more deliberate message that it seemed more like a movie for everyone other than the latest children ooglefest. One thing I can say about it is that by far this was the best looking movie. There is no reason why this shouldn't win for best animation. Maybe this is why I still love it, but I didn't laugh out loud through the entire thing (but I did a couple times). 9/10

I LOVES Flight of the Navigator, and it's still one of my favorite films of ALL-TIME. Hey, BHC, I disagree! Let me correct your statement. - Toy Story: Although this is a stupid moral, "PLAY NICE." ... also, you CAN learn to be friends with your biggest rival! - Bug's Life: There's strength in numbers, no matter how small you might be. - Toy Story 2: This one you got right! "Being with the ones you care about is better than fame." Also, it's better to have loved than not at all. - Monsters Inc.: *shrug* You're right on this one, I think THIS was the feel-good movie. Not Finding Nemo. (I mean, the film starts with Marlon's wife, Coral, getting eaten. ... am I the only one who found that incredibly sad?) But I feel it's ALSO about the importance of comedy and friendship! - Finding Nemo: Right out of Dory's mouth, "You can't never let anything happen to [someone]. Then nothing would ever happen to him.", and sometimes parents have to "let go" and let their children live a bit. - The Incredibles: Besides capes, we all have our own special abilities and should be allowed to use them. - Cars: Same message you put on Toy Story 2, I feel, along with "nice" (or I feel GOOD) guys finish first in life. - Ratatouille: Maybe it's because I'm all about the creative arts, but the message you consider medium really hit me straight in the heart and inspired me a LOT. Hence I watched it twice in the theatres, instead of watching Harry Potter. As you said, "Anyone can do anything no matter who they are or where they come from." Having corrected that, I canNOT wait until we watch this. I COULD watch it on the internet right now on YouTube, but I'd hate myself for doing that. Pixar movies deserve to be watched in the theatre first. They're too doggone GOOD. I've been waiting for this for ages now, and I know for a fact I'm-a gonna love it like my own child! ... my own imaginary cybernetic child! ... if only it'd come to the dollar theatre in the neighborhood sooner.

Good luck with that! My local dollar theater recently got Rear Window and some Dirty Harry movies... Not really, but they show stuff from a little while ago, like Iron Man, Prince Caspian, Forgetting Sarah Marshall... Not exactly up-to-date, but not stuff from 1954. Still, Wall E was about a month and a half ago now? And you still haven't seen it? It's not THAT much more expensive...
