Introduce Yourself is pretty good. Chuck Mosely's vocals definitely takes some getting used to (I hated it at first), but it's still a solid disc despite being really short.

Interesting. Still don't think the mixtapes work quite as well as the original content brought to us by Mega Ran though. do if(KidA != bought) { buy("Kid A"); } else if(InRainbows != bought) { buy("In Rainbows"); } else if(TheBends != bought) { buy("The Bends"); } else if(Amnesiac != bought) { buy("Amnesiac"); } else { continueBuying = false; } while(continueBuying);
You're welcome.

I do enjoy Mega Ran's stuff, it's really clever. But I think the novelty of hearing rappers over video game beats (and TV show themes) will never get old for me. I heard Gutsman (1,2 Step) over a Botchamania video and laughed until I was in tears.
I ordered a few Sonic soundtracks recently because I finally found somewhere where they were cheap.

A mixed bag, I'd say. I am a big fan of Kalnoky/Streetlight's tone and lyrics in general, so I was apprehensive about an all-cover album. Ultimately, my fondness for the band combined with my anticipation for particular tracks led me to be quite excited for the release.
The greats:
-Birds Just Fly Away (took me a few times to appreciate, but I'm a big fan) -Hell -Just (a spectacular cover of what is definitely my favourite Radiohead song) -They Provide the Paint... (still as meaningful and incredible now as it was when I first heard it) -Such Great Heights (Streetlight covering The Postal Service was an almost surreal moment for me, given how much time I have spent listening to both bands. Quite pleased with the collision of worlds, though)
I am largely indifferent to the rest of the tracks. Cover albums are definitely a crapshoot in general, and I was a little bummed out that the album didn't immediately/consistently engage me like previous records.

 This album is so fresh. (So clean. [So fresh and so clean, clean]) But no, seriously, it's really very good. I love Sufjan Stevens. Love love love.
