Every so often I'll bust out one of the few Strong Sad quotes I can remember. Last night I dropped, "I'm sad that I'm flying," in front of my wife. She laughed, remarked about how she's heard me say that before, and asked where I got it from.
So, I pulled up a short YouTube clip, and she enjoyed it. Told her if she liked that she would probably like other Strong Sad quotes and showed her some YouTube videos of various Marzipan Answering Machines. She seems to find Strong Sad and Homestar hilarious. I'll have to introduce her to more of this stuff...

In 12th Grade Economics, my teacher was a big fan, and he asked me to guess what my favorite character was. My favorite is totally Strong Sad, too, but I said "Strong Bad"-- because, you know, why would it be anything else? But then he said, "Strrrroooong Sssaaad." And it was like I understood him completely at that moment.
