Yeah. I use ripway to upload my pictures, and it's great! Another good one, though, is using a www.angelfire.com file. It's a bit more confusing, but it's still free to use (if you use the free trial, of course). If anyone wants to know how to use it, don't ask me. 'Cause I tryed it, and then had to switch to ripway 'cause I couldn't use it.

I use Spymac for all my hosting needs now.

Its free, gives you 100 MB of space, your own subdomain, the ability to upload any type of file, a ton of Bandwith, acces to forums, make your own blog, your own gallery, ect, plus mucho mas! Truly!

And its Mac centered! I guess its like Apples dead iTools thing, but is much more, and free.

Yeah, but it only offers 600 kb. One Bitmap image takes up more memory than that. But I use JPEGs, which use very little memory, come out better, and can be used as pictures on BHZ.

Can someone help me? Ripway keeps locking me out, and I don't know anything about this MB and KB stuff. I try to upload my avatar and 1 banner, which cost 125 KB out of 30 MB. Why does it keep locking me out? Does anyone know a good image host that DOESN'T LOCK YOU OUT? Ripway isn't working out too well.

Try http://photobucket.com/. More reliable, in my eyes. Of course, my eyes are -600, so I advise not to listen to things in my eyes. Though this one has less memory span than what Z_D posted, so I'd say try his first.

You're using Ripway? That's what's wrong with it. Unless you subscribe and give them five bucks, they don't give you much filespace.

Use that place. As long as your image isn't a bitmap, you can upload to your own will. And there are no sign-ups! It works like the old Upload-it.

With ripway you can only upload so much each day.  If you stay under that limit then all your pictures show up.  When I made banners and avatars I used ripway.  I never had to pay any money.  Try that

Nobody should be using bitmaps in the first place. It's one of the worst picture file formats on the face of the planet.
