Secret Section Rules - Updated 10/30/04 Read BEFORE posting!

Ok people....we need to have some rules around here for posting secrets:

There should be a certain format for new SBEMAILS, TOONS, SHORTS, etc... It is as follows:

THREAD TITLE (examples)
SB Email #84 (Kid's Book)
Teen Girl Squad #4
Awexome Cross (Updated 12/01/03)

I don't want to see....
SBMAIL 82 (Kid'z Boooook)  ...........  (notice the spelling, and numbering errors)
Teeen Girls #4

BODY OF THREAD MUST INCLUDE:
LINK TO ITEM: HTML and SWF

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE TOON:
(ex.) Oh, man....the new TGS is soooo freaking cool. blah blah blah

CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON ACCESSING SECRETS, AND A DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENS:
(ex.)
At the end of the email,
Click on:
"Afterparty" - Takes you to the Impression afterparty with Coach Z and Homestar Runner.
"I got a sock on my head? Get it off Get it off Get it off Get it off Get it off Get it off Get it off Get it off" - Homestar Runner

UPDATE WHEN NECESSARY:
If you forgot something, or you have spelling and/or punctuation errors, or you just want to add more content, come back and modify your post. No one likes to find all of the secrets scattered through a thread.

If you do not follow these rules, and make a effort when posting secrets...you run the risk of it being baleeted.

Now that we've upgraded, our search function is better than ever. Before, on the old forum, the search didn't work well, so there was an excuse for posting secrets that had already found and posted before.

But now that our search function is working, we shouldn't have to see any more of those pointless, repetitive threads.

As always, if you accidently post a secret that's been found before, we're not going to be really mad. We just want to make sure this section doesn't get cluttered.

Also, if you see a repeat secret thread, please don't post that it's been said before unless you provide a link to the original thread. Otherwise, it won't help the poster to find what he/she is looking for.
