Selig hasn't changed it because he had a history of not actually standing up to change things.
His preferred course of action is to take no action. That's why he didn't ban steroit use for years (only reason he did was because the government got involved and basically forced him to), that's why he allowed an All Star Game to end as a tie (2002), and that's why he's not going to change this into a perfect game.
I hear that quite a few CFL games are going to be broadcast this year on the NFL Network. If I had it, I'd probably find myself watching some.
I still say that CFL games and NFL games are basically the same thing. A few rule changes and changes in the field do not to me result in a different game, just played slightly differently. You still have 4 downs, you still work to get a touchdown, and all the important rules apply.
