it would be pretty cool, but im not sure Nintendo would do it... but, it would be SOOOO AWESOME if there was a fighting game made with only H*R peoples in it.

No.
Sorry, but it will never ever happen. The idea sounds like when 4th graders come up to me and are like "IN THE NEXT SUPER SMASH BROS. GAME YOU SHOULD PLAY AS GOKU!!!!!!!!!!!!11" Sorry. Got a little carried away. It would be kind of cool though, but would never happen. But maybe the Chapos can make an online Homestar fighting game. And it would have a save thing like peasants quest. Or it could be downloadable for Mac and Windows.

Well, If the normal homestar characters were there, it would be funny... but not that fun I don't think. No offense. It would be pretty cool with the 20x6 characters though. Maybe Trogdor... Teen Girl Squad... The guy with the big mouth ...Maybe even the Cheat Commandos though ...

Yeah, SSB is limited to Nintendo-only characters. In order for it to make sense for the H*R crew to join, they'd at least have to first make an H*R video game on a Nintendo console. And that itself sounds like trouble. Besides, I'm sure there'd be all sorts of copyright difficulties that would have to be taken care of before an Nintendo H*R video game would even be practical.
So in short, no.

I agree with alot of these peoples. Nintend exclusives are the only ones allowed and it's better to have a H*R fighting game.

Homestar Runner isn't even popular enough for a mainstream console video game. If a company actually would be stupid enough to release one, it wouldn't even hardly make any money, only the die-hard fans would buy it. And besides, the production wouldn't be very good, anyway.

There are several reasons why, but I'll break down the main ones.
1) Legal reasons. Nintendo is notoriously protective of its first-party (Mario, Zelda, etc.) and second-party (Donkey Kong, Pokemon, etc.) licenses. Notice how there are no third-party characters or properties in Super Smash Bros. All of them were either developed in-house by Nintendo or were developed by a company that had or has an exclusive agreement with Nintendo. Homestar Runner was developed completely independently of Nintendo, and unless the Chapman Bros. sold the rights to their characters to Nintendo wholesale, they wouldn't have a prayer of making it in. That brings me to my next point...
2) Creator rights. Homestar Runner, Strong Bad and all the rest are the exclusive property of the Chapman Bros. themselves, and nobody else's. Compare that to, say, Superman, who is owned by DC Comics, which is owned by Time/Warner Productions, which is owned by AOL. Those are the guys you have to go through to get permission to use the character. By contrast, the Bros. and nobody else own Homestar Runner, and therefore have exclusive creative control on what the characters do. They're 100% involved in almost everything their characters ever do; animation, sound, programming, etc. Do you think they'd just willingly allow a bunch of Nintendo programmers, most of whom are likely unfamiliar with the characters, to plug their characters in? Nope. They'd desire supervision, at least, which would stall up the whole process even more, as the other licenses are owned by Nintendo, and thus rely on Nintendo for creative control. (This is also why we'll never see a Strong Bad movie) And also, that'd take months of their time away from the website, which would cost them fans. And if Matt wanted to do the voices, well, that'd be a whole new headache, as he's not in Nintendo's voice acting guild. Not to mention the legal fits if they wanted to use any music from the website...
3) Technology. Can you imagine Strong Bad as a fully-rendered 3-D model? I can, but it'll never exist. The Chapman Bros. don't seem to like video games that were made after, like, 1987. They exclusively work with the crappy old stuff the rest of us tossed years ago. Super Smash Bros. is very much a technology-driven game, so they'd likely have little interest in it. If Strong Bad were in the game, they'd likely choose to have him be a crappy-looking 2-D sprite (like in Rhinofeeder), a la Mr. Game and Watch. But really, does that provide an accurate picture to gamers as to what Strong Bad is like? Not really. The best, I suppose, would be for him to be a 2-D but fully-animated sprite based on his basic animated appearance, like Paper Mario. But even then, that's just too gimmicky for a series already swamped with bizarre and diverse characters.
So no, there isn't going to be Homestar characters as fighters in the next Super Smash Bros., antagonists in the next Kingdom Hearts, or as skaters in the next Tony Hawk game. The time and money spent on trying to get any of that to be a reality would not be worth the results.
Bottom line: You are actually more likely to see Sonic the Hedgehog in the next Super Smash Bros. than Strong Bad. End of story.
