Hasn't Konami learned their lesson yet? 2D + Castlevania = awesome 3D + Castlevania = epic fail
I already know that game is gonna suck.

You know what would be cool? The ability to get demos of Virtual Console games. Currently, the only way to do that is by unlocking them in Brawl. I'd like to try out some of the VC games before I buy them, to make sure there's no major glitches that would stop me from downloading them and to see if the controls are good. That would be great.

You can.
They're called ROMS.
Illegal, but that's all I use them for. To try before I buy.

I kinda meant that I wanted to try them out on the Wii specifically to check if there's no control issues or game-breaking glitches (see: Psychonauts on the 360's "Xbox Originals").

You could easily look that up on the internet. And since VC games are just ROMs run through an emulator, there most likely wouldn't be any game-breaking glitches.

Lol, I downloaded Psychonauts on the 360, and it wasn't any less choppy than it was on the PS2. Raz's clothes would randomly change to a bright cyan color instead of brown, which was extremely puzzling, but not really game breaking. It was less awesome stomping Lungfishopolis as a blue-clad Raz though.

http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/x61ltvThough I am a huge fan of the megaman series' music (even more so than the games), I can't really tell if they are using new music or have just pulled songs from other games. Either way, it is a very, very good thing. My main concern with the game is whether or not it will play like the pre-slide megaman games (1 & 2) or the later ones on the NES. I played MM3 and the MMX series long before I played the first two megaman games. And I found I could never get into them unless you had some way to dodge attacks.

I've heard every mega man song from the original series, and those 2 are definitely new. Woohoo! When's the release date for that puppy anyway?

Okay, there were a lot of rumours out there that the music was going to be pulled from the classic games, such as Megaman 2.
But I think an awesome soundtrack that is both new and is on par with some of the greatest soundtracks in the biz is a significantly better route.
But I would not mind Snake Man's theme to be in there. Not one bit.\
As for a release date, we at least can see a 2008 in that video. Other than that, the best answer would be "not soon enough".

September. 2008. $10. Awesome. Also, It'll have DLC. I really hope that is the good kind of DLC and not "Lumines Live", "The Godfather", or "We Love Katamari" DLC
