is it because Texas makes the underwear look like a big... male reproductive organ?
Yes, let's just keep it at that.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea.

BACKONTOPIC

Yah, I agree, if this was 'dumbed down' for kids, I'd have to go back to watching Bonus Stage.
Yeeg. It's not even half as funny as H*R. I would be sad.

What is this "Quenners" character I hear of?

He's some Scottish god of idiocy or something. He made a rare appearence into the mortal realm to annoy the forum a while back.

WHAAAT? Bonus Stage is 50 times better than h*r. There, i said it. Perhaps BS is too smart for you? I mean, some of the references go back to old tv ads/video games/tv shows that few people remember ("crossfire! you'll get caught up in the!", Ristar, Bill Nye respectively)

What say you?

Bonus Stage and Homestar Runner are, in my opinion, two totally different styles of humor. I've watched both for a long time. In the past Homestar has always been closest to my heart, but Bonus Stage is moving up from behind. But they're both completely different, and comparing them seems kinda stupid.

I completely agree. They're both pretty awesome; which one you like more depends on your sense of humor.

Bonus Stage is an enhanced H*R with swears. I like it but don't go on it due to the fact that my computer lost sound.

actually they rarely curse. occasionaly they will throw in a BALEETED, but thats about it. Matt Wilson is fairly good about that.

Looks like I'll go in yellow, since you're typing in the color I normally use for stuff like this.  Just because it managed to get past the filter doesn't mean it's ok to use that language here.  I'd suggest you bone up on the rules a bit more.  Keeping in line with the way we handle things now, I'm giving you your official warning.  Next comes probation, which you're rather familier with.

They mentioned in serveral interview also, that they were thinking about adding curses in there. But when they seen how the variety of kids loved it, they decided not to use any and keep it safe.

Of course they want to make it have some more "advanced" words. I think the success of H*R is perfect right now, and to make it look like barney or something by keeping it to simple things, would just ruin it.
