Well that whole concept wouldn't be a bad idea, actually.

In my English II APC class today, we talked about Portmanteaus. These are combinations of words, and they are frequently used or mentioend in the H*R universe. When our teacher asked us to list portmanteau words, I gave "funtivities" (sbemail "specially marked") and "gazemazing" (sbemail "magic trick"). She liked funtivities but not gazemazing. She asked me what it meant and I stuttered.

After class I told it was from an internet cartoon. She asked which one, and I said Homestar Runner. Turns out she loves that website!

In the movie Word Play (a movie about crossword puzzles feat. B. Clinton and J. Stewart), one of the major characters (can I say that if it's a documentary?) oftentimes be wearin' a Trogdor shirt- and unless I miss my guess, it's the ultra-rare lite variety.

On our side of this one way mirror glass at Papa John's, one of the guys drew Trogdor in marker. I found this hilarious, and I found out that many of the guys knew where it was from.

Six or seven years for me.  I actually didn't even realize that it was still around.

I still use winamp all the time. It's very bare-bones, and runs a lot smoother than most music player programs.  On my laptop, at least.

In the Instructions for the PSN game Fat Princess in the section about playing the mage it says:

I'm not sure if this goes here but my video teacher has links to multiple Homestar cartoons on his website including Where's the Cheat, Date Nite, techno, and magic trick. It was a sighting that was fairly general.

Watched a documentary over the weekend called "Wordplay."  It's a few years old, and it's about crossword puzzles and the US Crossword Championship.

The guy that won the 2005 tournament was frequently wearing a Trogdoor t-shirt.

Crap...

Homestar Runner as done by BrentalFloss. Homestar has been dumped by Marzipan and he tries to get back in the game!.... by pounding back a few cold ones.

Tell me if this has been posted. I searched for it. But I couldn't find it. So I'll delete the post if it was already posted. It is pretty old.

*MILD LANGUAGE, ANATOMY RELATED, AND SOMEWHAT DISTURBING HUMOUR WITHIN.*

While all the Bubs stuff is either borrowed or is pretty bad. But I thought the impression of H*R and the animation is pretty spot on and worth posting purely for that.
