Seriously, I'm disappointed with you guys. Where's the celebrating the 40th anniversary of one of the greatest albums of all time? Gosh, I have to do everything for you people...

Good CD. I personally like their late stuff the best (Let It Be is my favourite album) but nonetheless, an important album that has held up amazingly over time.

It was not until that line I had any idea you were talking about The Beatles, and I've no real clue what CD you mean specifically. I just like pointing out how much of a failure I am. EDIT: Oh, now I get it. It's the first line of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club Band. Meaning that's probably the one you mean. Got it.

No no, I think I was just assuming everyone loved the Beatles? Sorry Teatime.

Oh, Sgt. Pepper's. I really need to listen to that sometime (I know my dad has a copy around here somewhere, and I don't wanna just go out and buy a new one).

I suppose that makes it sixty years since the Sergeant's band learned how to play their instruments

Not really a Beetle fan, except for Live and Let Die, because it's a Bond song. Maybe I just need to actually hear some Beetle songs.

Technically, it was Paul McCartney and Wings that did that song. And technically, it's spelled "Beatle".

Dr. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Sandwich (hee hee hee)
The only other Beatles album I have is Abbey Road, which I've contemplated parodizing WoW-style as "Northshire Abbey Road."

Yeah, but with every greatest hits compilation, there are always a few semi-obscure songs that aren't included, disappointing the hardcore fans. 1962-1966 (aka The Red Album) and 1967-1970 (aka The Blue Album) are kind of like "1" but go a little bit more in depth, as they include songs that were either huge, chart topping hits, lesser-known hits, or songs that weren't necessarily hits, but important to the development of the group. But I don't care about compilations because I own all of the albums. Has anyone picked up their new "Love" album? I got it for Christmas, and I am in love with it.

I've only listened to the whole album through once. I have a copy of the entire album done live by the a cappella groups at our school, it's quite nicely done.
