Brilliant.

That's probably the best way to describe The Beachles. The Beachles is a mash-up from 2006 of The Beatle's "Sgt Pepper", and The Beach Boy's "Pet Sounds". For the most part, The Beatles provide the instrumentation, and the Beach Boys provide the vocals, but there are many electronic effects and distortions as well. Some of it is very avant-garde, and you may even notice a few tunes from the Mario games. It is a very enjoyable listen, and it has some staying power for me, it doesn't really seem like a novelty. It did however, attract the attention of EMI, who were very unhappy with it. But hey, who cares?

Tracklist:

   1. Wouldn’t Sgt. Petsound Be Nice?
   2. You Still Believe in My Friends
   3. That’s Not Lucy
   4. Don’t Talk (Get Better)
   5. I’m Fixing It, Dayhole
   6. She’s Going Away for Awhile
   7. Being for the Benefit of Sloop John B!
   8. God Only Knows What I’d Be Within You
   9. I Know There’re Sixty-Four Answers
  10. Today, Rita
  11. I Just Wasn’t Made for Good Mornings
  12. Sgt. Petsound’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprieve)
  13. A Day in the Life of Caroline
  14. Runout Groove

This is really bad.

The guy changes the tempo of the songs as needed (sometimes) but not the key.

Just a mess. And I'm only two tracks in.

I have to agree with HG. Maybe I'm not avant-garde enough.
