Alright everyone, come on in.

Each tribe has chosen three representatives. Now, let’s get to tonight’s challenge.

Challenge: Thing in a Bag

This challenge is vastly different than anything else you will see in this game. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever done something like this in Member Survivor before. Here’s how it’s going to work.

Each of the six representatives (three on each team) has been given a “bag”. Each bag has one “thing” that somehow relates to BHZ. Put them all together and you will get six “things”. The team that sends me a list containing the most correct things will win immunity tonight.

You are probably wondering how you could possibly gain access to the complete list, since each team will only be getting half of the information. Unlike most challenges in Member Survivor, you are encouraged to talk with members of the opposing tribe for this one. Representatives are free to share their information with any other contestants, be they fellow tribe mates or friends on the other team. Trust is the name of the game here: since anyone can leak information to the opposing team at any time, each member of the tribe must be on the same page in order to succeed here.

So you’re probably asking “why in the world would I share information to the other team? Wouldn’t that just be hurting my tribe?” Well, allow me to explain.

When sending their challenge PM to me tonight, each team must include the name of ONE member from the opposing team. Why? Because, if your team wins immunity, the person from the other tribe listed in your PM will gain individual immunity

If we win, we give immunity to ______

I only want ONE PM per tribe. It doesn’t matter who sends it to me, but I only want one. Also, do not forget to include the name of one person ON THE OPPOSING TEAM that your team will be giving immunity to if you win.

There are a number of factors are work here. Are you willing to turn your back on your teammates in order to get immunity for yourself? Also, if you are hearing information from a member of the opposing team, are you sure that they are telling the truth?

The team with the most correct items on their list wins immunity tonight. If there is a tie (as would be the case if both teams decide to hold onto their information), then both teams will be going to Tribal Council tonight.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if your list contains an incorrect name, your team will LOSE ONE POINT for tonight’s challenge.

For example:
If Team A’s list contains three correct items, they earn three points.
If Team B’s list contains three correct items and one incorrect item, they are penalized one point for a total of two points.

Be careful of the information that you receive from others, even if they are on your own team. The way you interact with others will help to determine how far you get in this game, and this challenge could be an early indicator of where people’s loyalties lie.

Congratulations to all of you for making it this far. You have entered a new phase in the game: you are now playing for individual immunity. That also means that you will be going to tribal council every night.

Additionally, if you know you are going to be missing a challenge, you should send me a PM in advance containing:

#1: The name of the person you wish to vote out
#2: A backup vote in case your first choice wins immunity

You will still receive a penalty vote if you miss the voting deadline. 3 of those and you’re out of the game.

Challenge: Fighting Growlbacks Bottomless Spirit Pit

You guys should all be pretty proud of yourselves for getting this far. That’s why this challenge will also have a bit of a reward aspect to it. Not only will the winner of tonight’s challenge gain individual immunity, but they will also name the new, merged tribe AND select a tribe colour.

Tonight’s challenge is about the 9 of you. Not only have you guys made it this far in the game, but you have also contributed your own unique voices to the forum as a whole. That is what this challenge is going to focus on.

Below, you will find 16 quotes said by 16 different forum members. Correctly identify each quote on the list to win yourself immunity tonight.

9 of these quotes are from you guys. The others are quotes from other members as seen in the Chatlog thread. If something seems familiar to you, it just might be because you in fact said it. Keep in mind that each quote is from a different forum member – no name pops up more than once.

Many of the quotes are from the Chatlog thread. That being said, they are often excerpts from AIM chats. If the forum name is not given in the quote, use the AIM screen name that you see for your answer. Remember to pay attention – the person who said the quote and the person who posted the quote are often two different people. You’ll need to pay attention to those sort of details to come out on top tonight.

The best way to deduce who said what is to use the forum’s search tool. This challenge will also test quick-thinking skills: looking for key words within each quote will make the search process go a lot faster. If you’re having difficulty searching, try using quotation marks when searching.

The first person to PM me the authors of each of the quotes will win immunity tonight. As usual, only one PM per person. If there is a tie, the person who sent in their PM first will win.

Once again, congrats on making this far. You can no longer rely on your tribe to get you through the game, you’re going to have to earn immunity for yourself from now on.

Challenge: Secrets

Many of the forum’s early members discovered this place through a single source: bhz’s Strong Bad Secrets website. That will be the focus of tonight’s challenge.

Below, you will find some tasks related to that particular webpage. Use it to complete the challenge, and you’ve earned yourself immunity.

There will be three different types of questions for this challenge: the email’s rating, the number of secrets listed, and the color of the Strong Bad heads listed. To demonstrate, let’s look at the entry for sbemail126: Best Thing.

In this case:
The email’s rating is “Better Than Good”
The number of secrets is 3
There is a green Strong Bad head and a yellow Strong Bad head

NOTE: Those blue ?Mark heads DO NOT count for the head colors but they do count for the number of overall secrets.  When I ask for number of secrets, include the blue heads. If I ask for colours, ignore the blue heads.

OTHER NOTE: DO NOT use abbreviations. In the case of the example above, you have to type out “Better Than Good,” not BTG or anything like that. HOWEVER, if you want to use "X _" for head colours you can do that.

Example: What are the Strong Bad Head colours for email _?

This should make it go a little faster. You can do it the long way and list each colour multiple times if you wish. Just be sure to name how many head colours there are in a given email when you are asked to do so.
