Both teams have worked very hard on creating two wonderful mascots for this forum. It is now up to you, the forumgoers, to vote for one. ---- On behalf of tribe 143, I give you... Ranstar Runner When people think of Burning Horizon's Homestar Runner fan-forum, they think of Homestar Runner, because there he is right in the website name. But what separated our community from other Homestar Runner fan forums on the internet? The answer is simple: Great members. And who can deny one of the most memorable members of the last four years was none other than Ran "The Man" Cossack. Ran represents the fun-loving nature of this community, among both its members, and its moderators. He is an icon of bygone days for old members to reminisce upon with a smile on their face, while sitting in their rockers, knocking back a Lipton tea, and for new members to learn about much to their young, bubbly amusement. Now veterans can read to their newbie friends the story of Ran: Everyone loves the Ranstar Runner. He is a terrific poster. See Ran Run! Ran Runs Fast! Run, Ran, Run! And that story sums up why Ranstar Runner is the perfect mascot for our forum. ---- Meet BHZ's Dream!  For years, BHZ’s Dream, the proud representative of BHZ and his popular Homestar Runner Fan Forum, as been beloved by millions for his crazy antics and impeccable comedic timing. The man who started out as just some random guy holding a fish has come to define hilarity and camaraderie for the many who call his forum their home away from home or, (in the case of Mr. Teatime), their only home. BHZ’s Dream, or simply “The Dream,” is the perfect blend of Strong Bad and his fans, and he represents the strong sense of community and friendship that members of BHZ have come to know and love. I also have some BHZ symbolism in the image - Strong Bad represents the basis of the site, the fish represents bhz, and the to together resemble the bear-shark, resembling BHZ branching off of just SBEMail Secrets. |
