Flags of Our Fathers - I'm almost a third of the way into it. While at first it appeared dry and seemed like it would be hard to follow the six individual lives it attempts to narrate, it has turned out so far to be quite thrilling as well as easy to follow. Somehow, I never got much on WWII in school, so as a history nerd, this book has so far helped to acquaint me with our country's part in that colossal world event.

Freaking Watchmen man. Just started it. I literally was going through the process of ordering it from Amazon when my roommate came in and said he bought a whole bunch of comics, one of them being Watchmen.
So Awesome.
EDIT: Edit'd out stupidity.
