Dude...if you don't mind me asking...what made you so paranoid about legality? First with survivor, now this? These aren't even close to illegal. Youtube as a whole does not allow any illegal material anyway, hence why full episodes of shows/movies get taken down rather quickly. |

YouTube periodically suspends the accounts of people who make YouTube Poop, but, you sure aren't going to get in trouble for viewing one... As far as getting the source material, the best place to ask would be the official forums.

Youtube Poop is technically a fair use, as it isn't used for a profit or anything. Youtube pulls poops and poopers down sometimes, but that's mostly because they mistake them for unedited shows and/or are afraid of getting sued. They certainly won't do anything more than that, and most poopers save copies of their poops anyways.
As for material, most of it is ripped straight from Youtube, although the more popular sources are downloadable by other means.
